How will we be able to buy ICNX tokens once the beta testing finishes? Anybody knows?

You will register at Iconomi.net and buy it like any other exchange. Or if you are American you will have to buy it second hand from Poloniex or some such place.

Where can we buy it from?and when will it be available to buy?

You will buy it directly from Iconomi at Iconomi.net. Or if you are American you will have to buy it from another exchange. It will be avalible soon I am guessing (within 1-2 months) as there have not been any major problems with the beta test reported.
