I think you are mislead about the way trading bots work.

They are not making money for you despite the market conditions, so constant 10% profit (or any other constant value is impossible).
Bots are programmed with set of rules and conditions they must follow. But bot won't think for you and won't predict the future.
What you want is not a bot - it is a magic money making tool.
