Hello. I've deposited 33.75 TIME 1 day ago. But my balance at exchange is still 0. Today I noticed that tokens were sent from my deposit address to other wallet, so I wrote to russian support to ask about it. They told me I was lying and there are no input transactions for my exchange address. Please help.

I've sent this link to them as well, but they still saying that there are no inputs for my deposit address. SICK
