in case you are on windows do this.

1. Press Windows + R and write %appconfig% and press OK.

2. There should be a folder named .scorecoin open it.

3. create a new file named scorecoin.conf and enter this:


4. save the file as "All filetypes" or something similar, it must not be as a text file. Windows by default hides file extensions and if you do not save it as allfile types, it will be scorecoin.conf.txt
