How come rethink-your-strategy bitcoin forum member claim he has proof Bytecoin is a scam https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=740112.0 , however more then 5 thousand users still mining just on minergate pool BCN  ?

Everyone can google it the post he worte searching Blowing the lid off the CryptoNote/Bytecoin scam (with the exception of Monero), and after all more then 5000 users are still mining Bytecoin ?
