I am backing this project personaly. Netko d.o.o. is a reputable slovenian IT company and the ceo is a personal friend i do business with on almost daily basics.

There is no premine, open and fair launch. As stated in the op the primary object of this blockchain and its tokens is a loyalty token that will eventually evolve into a blockchain for m2m iot communications for the IOT platform that is already operational. How this will turn out is yet to be seen. But NETKO will be launched if you like it or not.
