I want to invest to offline business but not with agricultural business but for real properties or land properties. For me, it's more valuable and easy to earn if you do have a lot of lands and you are in a commercial place. It's better to invest to that type of business, the income is very passive so if you do have invested into it, the results is very good.
It also depends on where you use for business. Because sometimes there are some places that are less suitable for business and business is only suitable for agriculture. Indeed the House property and land business much more profitable, but it sometimes takes quite a long time to be trusted and be something big business if we don't have creative minds and innovation. Because everyone would surely prefer a property company which is creative and very good
