There could be a doubling in price if the ETF goes through on the 11th of March.
I would not place my bets on that. Just consider for a minute yourself to be a banker, threatened by some strange new sort of competition, some technology based stuff. And then consider if you would support that threat by voting for this to get a leg down into your area of interest.
