Actually bagholders are crying, people who dumped with losses before is not losing more money now, and the damage has been done, Lisk is over, Lisk will be out of top 30 altcoins.
Why crying? It meant their loss is still 0 if they not sell at this price. Loser are who sold out at this bottom and take their loss and abandon on Lisk.
