Nope, this is the same scam ZAYEDCOIN  with the same dev of scam Kuwaitcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1523111.0 , also this dev wasnt active since September 27, 2016 so i guess he comeback to hype this scam dead coin and then dump his huge bag and runaway again.
