We can't control oursleves whenever we are in that situation. Thus, I always make sure that my funds in my wallet isn't huge, just enough money to put at stake wherein I can manage to lose it, however enough for me to make decent bet for profit. As I earn profti, I can't say when to stop, that's why I set myself a margin that whenever I hit that target, I'll withdraw some of my funds to my wallet, then play the rest of money.
