I am not a citizen of America but I am not sure how that will play out and reason being that USA is want to keep its influence over other countries of the world and one of the reason for that is because of the adoption of its currency I mean the US dollars and immediately they change to btc then I see that influence whittle down. Then there wont be room for them to give sanctions on countries or individuals not doing the right thing by freezing their accounts all over. That alone is something why I dont see them changing the currency to btc they find difficult to control.
