You would need to provide some other collateral other than your account because its not worth what you are asking, even if you have been doing trades with others. You also have changed your email and password recently along side your huge posting gap which is a big red flag. You will have to prove you are the owner of the account by signing a message from one of the following addresses:

While this may not get you a loan, proving you are the owner will prevent people from stating that this account is hacked (especially since you just come back out of the blues then ask for a loan).
