You might want to change title of the thread. It's "upto 250", not "250" satoshi per hour.
Claimed and got 239 satoshi. Pretty nice faucet, aside from some popups but nothing too annoying.
Claiming is very easy and reward is good for 60 minutes. Minimum threshold could be a bit lower.
