How about you stop focusing on that shitcoin, and attend to customer support for once in your life!

All kinds of issues on your site, that you never address. But shit hits the van with EDR and you are more then on top of that! Talking about priorities! You talk with EDR DEV about scam accounts, Why talk with him and not with other users?! Cool

EPIC FAIL HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION!

quoted for future reference:

Dear users (zmartinvest and momo33)!

You were blocked by EdinarCoin request.
They asked us to send YOUR money (btc+edr) to THEM because of your fraud.
But we needed evidence. They didn't get us any evidence of your fraud.
We break off all relations with EdinarCoin due to fraud and scam of users.
Your account is unlocked now, withdrawals enabled.

Some info about Edinar: https://github.com/EDINARCOIN-Affected/edinarcoin-return-all-the-money

Be careful

You block user accounts because some unverified dev (Who is a big scammer himself) asks you to lock their account! UNBELIEVABLE!

100% agreed. Even if a user did scam E-dinar, so what? Would Yobit then take money out of the users account and give it back to E-dinar? That is unfair because it's a separate business, and Yobit should not involve themselves in E-dinar's business (why should they care?). If E-dinar has vulnerabilities then that's something they have to deal with on their end, but they have the idea that they can reverse funds from Yobit if something goes wrong... and they were right!!! I guess E-dinar was paying Yobit for this preferential treatment.  Cheesy

Yobit did not do the right thing here. They were persuaded by E-dinar to block accounts in the first place which shows that they were willing to reverse E-dinar funds if E-dinar convinced them that a "fraud" took place. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid Yobit at all costs.
