You are correct, I even have my doubts about the bitcointalk user "nikl" who setup http://ypool.ga/baked for a Bounty although it was only up for a few hours then all his pools closed, also he has logged in a few days after all this started happening and never replied to one of my PM's regarding the situation....

we dont run away with our pools when we have our bounty and we have verry little downtime compared to the rest im always here to help members who mine at my pool if the pool is down for any reason we always announce it on our twitter @cryptoman82 currently i do the web wallet / block explorer / Pool for Baked as i have faith in the coin
