That's the kind of stupid allegations that do not make any difference, why would someone lie about being a poker pro at some point of their lifes, how is that making this project a scam? maybe the guy was an offline poker player, or you did not (cannot?) get all the stats. The thing is it's irrelevant.
You find this small stuff and try to make it look like it's a big deal, it's not like you found criminal records of team members being incarcerated for scams or anything else.
