I typically play at Nitrogen Sports, which normally has better lines and they pay out within the hour, but Cloud does offer me instant withdrawal up to around 3.5 xbt a day... I'm not sure how a scam book would have instant withdrawals?  I don't like the fact they are a Montenegro book , but besides canceling lines or canceling payouts for people with 50+ accounts, is there any real evidence of them stealing people's money?   I don't have a lot of respect for people who take shots at bad lines, they deserve to have the bets canceled.  (I've had hundreds of bets and none have been canceled)  They have paid out around 22 xbt to me in the last week or so.
