Then i see the topic here...omg...i totally confuse.
So can any moderator or any ppl can share where can got those altcoin information? even a list can help too..

What's kinds of altcoins? There are many altcoins right now, if you are looking for new altcoins you can find at this forum bitcointalk on announcement section visit this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0 but becareful with new altcoins, they can become scam coins, more good if you want trading altcoins choose coins that has capitalization check on here https://coinmarketcap.com ,there are profit on trading altcoins if you can get constant profit from it don't forget it will not be easy First i see yobit so many currency, i got confuse ald.
