I notice the reserves listed for OKPay on the technocashier.com site show negative Reserve: -5317.83USD
Doesn't that mean they owe funds to OKPay? 

I've been waiting a few days for my transfer to show up on OKPay but it has not.  My order shows complete with technocashier but they don't respond to shit.
