When and in what proportion the collected funds will be released to the project team?

ICO ends on May 1st. The funds will be distributed on May 2nd. The proportion is 2% Escrow 98% Creativechain Project http://creativechain.org/ico/. We will add it in the post, thanks. 

What are the benefits of such escrow for investors? In this case, it's just a check mark that the escrow is.
"Real" escrow release funds in parts, according to the roadmap, but yours roadmap don't show development progress accuracy.
