Yes we made a mistake and sent low fee.
we've changed our algorithm to fetch the recommended fee from
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/Shouldn't be a problem from now on.
Then, how about the balance I withdrew? I don't receive it in my bitcoin address and it is also gone from my epayinfo balance.
