Yea becouse he will travel over the world and meet those people who are starting ICOs or maybe he will hoop from thread to thread and in final day he will land in full scam (like Opair,DeCloud...) and loosing ALL money.
If he want invest safely he should for one coin keep it on cold storage but then you avoiding selling on big pumps and buying back.
Once i was trying magnaging fund to pump Blackcoin
i got +20%-30% track record but that was fuking frustrating becouse many scams are. I just gave up after USBcoin full scam luckly i sold with profit but one hour later coin went to 0zero and was delisted 
... That coin created was creative and used "post mine" not hidden premine.Managing fund is not easy task in long run IMO.
