Your reputation wouldn't be ruined if you paid us and just fix the issue between you & the bitbox team. You know that users aren't responsible for this issue because you as the owner must have checked the site before launching it. As I have tried their demo, it isn't working good at all, so why did you purchase and use it without testing in the first place?
