It seems that this software is made by BitBox scammers and their unique intention was to steal the money from people who trust them and buy this "platform"
Our website is offline now (it is hosted on their servers) and we lost our money.
The BitBox "team" does not reply to emails, PM, Skype.

Would you mind to give a comment for this accusation against your software? Is it true that you did not reply to their emails, PM etc? You are online today so it would be great if you reply to this issue, otherwise it may affect your project.
It has already affected their reputation. I was seriously considering buying their software, as it looks very good and is reasonable priced. This is a very serious problem if there is a exploit in one of the games, and bitbox support isn't answering. Crash is one of my favourite games, and is sad if it's broken.
If this gets resolved, I'm probably going to purchase your games.
