Digital Pandacoin Electrum is based on what is now a little old https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/releases/tag/2.7.12   Nov 9, 2016 · 153 commits to master since this tag
However it is working quite well so we are starting to update the latest Bitcoin Electrum version for Pandacoin to test with next


Cool. Even 2.7.12 was not too old imo, it was just 4 months ago.
