Since I wont bother telling you to get into faucet rotators or so which now give less than 20 satoshis/hour or so, my way to go are gambling sites which give from 200-250 satoshis every 3 or so minutes and if you can reach a given ammount by gambling it you can withdraw it directly into your wallet
