At this moment there are ~63 MB of unprocessed transactions because max capacity of 1MB per 10 minutes blocks have run out of space.
SegWit is optimization that doesnt fix core problem, right?
Why cant they just change it to 1MB per 5 minutes or 2MB per 10 minutes?
