I was wondering what is best when buying altcoin, to buy the altcoin with btc or with money? Does it actually make any difference?

I'm asking this because right now as the price of bitcoin is so high, you can buy more quantity of any altcoin with small amount of bitcoin, will it be the right way to go here?

And yeah bitcoin's price matters alot if price is high you will get more altcoins, one thing more nowadays bitcoin goes high day by day so altcoins decreases their price so try not to buy altcoins, stick to bitcoin and hold them.
