When I get moved to a new table in a tourney and I'm utg right away at the new table I can never see my cards and I'm not given the option for any actions, just get auto folded. I can see that I have cards and the action is on me but they're face down and I can't do anything. Can you please fix this.
I've also had this problem since GridSWC launched. A few months ago this would happen in every position, and it still does but recently it seems like it 'corrects' itself after a few seconds. I've noticed that if you hit the 'reconnect' button it works after you reconnect but it would be nice to have this fixed for good.
Yeah if you hit the "Reset Server Connection" button in the top right corner of your table when that happens it will refresh and show your cards.
