Coins are generated every 10 minutes because its privately controlled and they can control the time each block is created.
There is a split balance in OneCoin that goes up when people are buying more coins, as more time passes by, less coins are generated and disturbed to new costumers of onecoin.
In order to fake the blockchain, OneCoin will need to spend more money, then actually creating a blockchain,
their only promise to their clients is that they have a real coin, why will they let them self fall on their only guarantee ?
then they will be open to law suits and many problems,
but if they will release the coin - even if it gets dumped and sold , they have no legal obligations otherwise.
any claims to call the private blockchain fake without real technical explanation that could explain why, could be ignored.
in fact, this coin here that call himself "onecoin" and have public blockchain does not have 3 Million users distribution like the real OneCoin
more like 50 people, so this coin , even if public, should be called "fake" and "ponzi" and not the real OneCoin which being called like that same way as they called Bitcoin "numbers on computers"

onecoin.eu is a REAL and not fake coin like this one, it has a blockchain and everything,
it has over 3 million users who currently have OneCoin's as well.
