The only reason for your thesis could be the team gives up. Then Lisk might be worthless in two years.
But I've been tracking Lisk now for over a year. I've seen the work and I've seen the commitment of the team.
I've noticed that Max participated in so many conferences last year - everything paid by his own money.
I have realized the big community, I've realized the growing number of devs in the last few weeks.
So I trust the team and I firmly believe that they will do their best for Lisk.

There are bulls/bears to any project so someone will always turn out to be wrong.
I'm thinking as an investor, and I've watched many crypto projects fail and most of them is due to poor team. I wouldn't say lisk has a strong team at all.

Oliver..? he was an IT manager of an unknown place in UK. his github commits are just ... trivial.
important thing is, if you have investment in lisk, make sure it is small % of your portfolio.
