I am not sure how I feel about the seizing of his assets though. Maybe Australian law enforcement should be contacted and give them an opportunity to serve you with a seizure notice of Volpe's assets.

No, I bought this account years ago, and I can provide proof of this.
I am more than happy to provide blockchain evidence of my
"schemes" that I ran and the amounts that were taken. I want to be very clear that I had all intentions of repaying, as obviously my information being posted publicly is not something I want permanently, or at least without being rectified that I have straightened out the situation, despite that I did in fact state the risks in every one of the schemes that were made.
