Looks like they let withdraw max 10 BTC a day.

They have disabled btc withdrawal again and cancelled my withdrawal request See https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-exchange-bter-resumes-withdrawals-good-start-for-china
So I exchanged it into Doge and send that to an other exchange.
