True, but please don't refer to Africa as a "country". It's a continent, a lot of different countries and a lot of different people. You're absolutely right though, black people and white people are objectively of equal intelligence.
If OP understood the evolution of species, he would understand that white people are a recent development with very little time to evolve, and therefore from any objective standpoint, will show no more intelligence than black people.
