Definietly! fairpool is getting too much of the blocks just like nanopool in PASC. That is not good considering how people view this inequal hashrate distribution..
There is nothing stopping Suprnova, Coinotron, Poolmn, Nanopool for opening up a pool with Pascal Lite.
I asked them a bunch of times and got no reply.
