Time and process is needed and if you are into the willingness that you want to quit. You can simply quit and over come your addiction. Because we know that those level of addictions is easy to win over if you are still in the early stage of it. But if you are getting worst, then you must need some help from your true friends,experts and family.
There are no such thing as asking for help. All you need to do is to have a solid determination that you are quitting and you are done. If you have even a slight thought of it then Im quite sure that you wont be able to quit. People that has put quite determination to quit is actually not going to go back to square one even when they have a thought of going back to it
