Most sites, at least dice sites, provide either a login url (Just-Dice, SatoshiDice) or ask for a user name and password (BitDice, PrimeDice).

There has been a couple of sites however that allowed you to login with your social media profiles, though they seem to be dead now

No I Never Tried to Login with my Facebook, Twitter Or any Other Social Media to Login in Gambling Websites because I Don't Want to Take a risk of my Privacy and I Also Don't Want to Take a Risk of My Social Media Accounts because I can't Trust a Gambling Website to Link My Social Media Accounts.......One of the benefits of Bitcoin gambling is betting anonymously.
