I don't know how to start with the bitcoin.
Just start with the basics, go and try out some faucets and start to claim some satoshi's from it to experience essence of earning.

There's no easy thing in the first try, most of us did experienced this hardship with our first try. If you want to buy one coin, there's a lot of exchanger and just simply buy it with your PayPal fund. But thinking about making a coin on your name, it's called developing / making your own coin? Don't be ridiculous, just stick to bitcoin.
