@bdonlan, Regardless of what you have done in the past Doge Dice is not a judge nor a jury and have no say in what you do with your funds. On legal grounds you have the right to sue them for your property and at this amount it is a felony theft in most places.

@Doge Dice, your options legally are this. Have him withdraw his funds and then ban his account if you don't want him there, or unlock his funds and let him play.

I don't care what peoples opinions are, the basic fact of the matter is Doge Dice does not have any legal basis to steal his property or disburse his property how they see fit. I would sue the living fuck out of them if they did this to me.

We have. He broke our ToS, we are allowed to close account and seize funds.

Regards,
Alex.

You can't just steal someones property because you feel like it. Name the law your ToS are based on. I can name a dozen laws from multiple countries where this is illegal. It is called theft.

THIS IS ONLY SPECULATION, BUT I FEEL THIS COULD HAPPEN. POSTING THIS OUT OF CURIOSITY

I would like to see how this plays out in court tho.

It would be something like this ?

Dzeros sues BD for theft ?
In where a legal battle occurs. Lets say, even tho he has clearly broken TOS etc, he wins the case and gains back his BTC.

What would follow next tho ?

1) He would get charged for hacking. As that is what he did by using a phishing link to gain access to the forum account of Alex.
He tried to pull a scam on JD using this info.

2) He admitted being part of a group of criminals who use phishning links to steal money, gain access to personal info of individuals and try publicly post sensitive information on public boards.
Organised crime ?

3) From the amounts in question (from his HYP + gambling) i am rather certain tax evasion would also be added to the case. As i am certain he did not pay any taxes for his operations.

4) He also tried to gain access to the Bitdice admin account on the site (with intent to steal ?)
Attempted larceny ?

5) Blackmail ?
Trying to blackmail Alex BTC so he could gain access back to his account.
Threatening to release private information on public boards.

Im sure someone could add to teh list.

If you now counter with "but i never intended to steal anything by hacking you"
a) You tried to scam people on JD using the account you gained access to- even tho it was unsuccessful
b) You have a history of unethical business practices
c) You tried gaining access to BitDice website/server using the credentials you acquired for the account.

I am rather sure a court would rather stand with the business you attacked rather than someone who has proven his ill will over the course of many years.

20 years ?
30 ?

This is again, all speculation and i do not have any ties to any of them.
