Did you first reserved the Chinese translation before going to translate?

I want to reserve Chinese translation bounty. Simple introduction: I have translated for many projects, my biggest customer groups are: Augur, NiceHash, Counterparty and so forth. I have been Chinese community manager in many altcoin projects.
