Thank you for providing resources! I found them a sufficient amount of resources to clear up my questions.
The holograms are tamper-proof, meaning that if they are peeled, there's a residual part of the sticker left there so it can't be stuck back on over itself and look like it was never touched. The residue can be cleaned off and a brand new holo applied for re-use, which makes these rounds useful longer.
