I would like to hear further comments from dooglus on this issue

Alex asked for people's thoughts. I posted mine, but haven't seen him reply to my post yet. I said what I thought about the situation. Basically I don't think it's right to confiscate coins that a user has trusted you with, even if he does have a history of scamming.

Maybe it's legal to confiscate his funds according to some corrupt law or other but that doesn't make it right. People trust Alex to run a decent operation. If they see him refusing to pay out winning players just because he has found a legal loophole that makes it "legal" even when those winnings were won fair and square then I suspect he may start losing some customers. I'm surprised this even needs pointing out.

wish you were right on this, however we all know how questionable behaviour turned out for dean/betking/prc. it didn't affect the site at all and with the shrinking competition I doubt Alex has to fear much for his buisness.

I also admit that seeing a bully/scammer like dzeros getting bullied himself is a little bit satisfying.

Keeping the funds is most likely morally wrong though probably legally possible under costa rican gambling law. If I were Alex I would either donate the funds or get in contact with costa rican police and simply sent them the funds with further explanation of what went down. Then give dzeros the case number/contact.

What's really funny is how dzeros always comes up with his ponzis ToS for allowing him to scam people, but rejecting the same argument made by Alex.

Bullied? Laughable comment. I'm not being bullied here buddy, I've had money stolen from me and had false accusations laid upon me, I am here defending myself and providing clarification for people (like yourself) who do not fully understand how hyip's work, how my games worked, and the situation in general.

Costa Rica don't even have a working legal system and you want the funds to be sent to them? What a joke, may as well send the coins to a burn address.

And also, why would you do this in the first place? Those coins are not connected to any of my games that were in operation 2 years ago, they are legitimate, so if anything the coins would be forwarded to me without any problem. Alex has no reason to send them to the police....what's he going to say, "he tried to extort me 2 years ago"?

Anyway, like I said, I invite alex to involve authorities, I have more than sufficient evidence to prove any claims in my favour. The bottom line here is if the withdrawal isn't processed, alex has stolen the coins, and I will be more than happy to let the wider Bitcoin community aware that if tbey use his casino you are subject to your coins being stolen from you at any time.

I really like the idea with the burn address, https://blockchain.info/address/1BitcoinEaterAddressDontSendf59kuE
