market recalculation people know that BTC will ride to 950-900$ over time and many new cash will land into pro alts.
ICN was cashed out from 40 000 down because BTC ETFs pump,many looked for BTC liek 10 000$.
Today main reason to dump ICNs vanished and people seeing progress it is likely coming back to its 40 000 and waiting for full ICNX release ^^

Same time SEC in they document wrote that there won't be BTC ETFs till they regulate BTC. That was stab in back of BTC pumpers main reason for BTC rise vanished and blocksize drama is with us

Today BTC can not rise more because it can not transfer more,
so once BTC have now its network cap it should hit it its pice cap too,
People will buy less BTC for transaction and that is less demand less demand = lower price

BTC problems won't be solved fast IMO - that mean real bull for alts .
So you see Dash ETH massive rise. After them money will flow to ICN ^^
, because it is good project I would say one of the best.


There is no official info about that to get dividends you need working at least ICNX and ICNP platform with fiat. (that is my guess)
In testing phase there is not much in funds even to cover sending fees.
