Simple answer, dense objects fall and light objects rise.
Why ?
Because there's an electrical circuit between the domes positively charged oxide surface and the grounds negative charge, this defines up and down. While at the macroscopic scale it can be seen as pressure pushing down on an object that causes it to fall.
How does the "electrical circuit" know how much an object weighs ? What if the object is completely non-conductive ?
Since the work of potential forces acting on a body that moves from a start to an end position is determined only by these two positions, and does not depend on the trajectory of the body, there is a function known as potential or potential energy that can be evaluated at the two positions to determine this work
Word salad.
Explain.

You have been deemed too retarded in your thinking for me to bother with.
You have resigned yourself to a world of never understanding
You are lost at see.

Ok. So potential "electrical" energy acts on a non-conductive material, and causes it to either rise of fall.

Got it.
Well its magnetic energy actually but same electrical energy is liberated from magnetic and precipitates back to its reference point.

Send the theory for this off to Stephen Hawking. He needs a laugh more than any of us.

Don't get in the way.!... you might get struck by lightning.
