Yes the plan is use it promote it and get people to accept it.It is what It is and that is a solid crypto currency Mine it and help all of us out including yourself.The bl.,ockchain is an amazing thing that can bring people together so that being said welcome to netcoin mine stake and be happy.Yes, fine in theory, but any coin that is going to make it, i.e be used and accepted, must be subject to continuous development. And promotion.
It seems that neither is happening with NETcoin at the minute.
This is a great shame, as NET really does have enormous potential, in my opinion.
It would be great to hear from what remains of the dev team to see what they have planned for 2017.
