I think I found two great videos on youtube on the dos and don'ts of password creation. A real must watch. I encourage everyone to watch these and then consider if your passwords are really safe.

I just watched the video that you provided. It is very educational and provided me good knowledge about password cracking. I know that we should be very careful in creating passwords and making it very hard to crack is a top priority but I didn't know that with just the use of 4 hi-end Nvidia graphics cards, passwords of million of people can be cracked in just a few seconds. It is an eye-opener for me. I will re-evaluate the status of my passwords because of this video. Thanks man for posting this up.
