Why are people even doing this? 1k satoshi is way under the dust threshold and will cost you more to spend than it's worth. An input is ~180 bytes, and even if you pay a 10 satoshi/byte fee, you need 1800 satoshis to spend it. While OP is losing money on this, you are losing money too, except to the miners instead of to other people.
OP might take SEO techniques, which aims to increase the visibility of a web page to be better in the search engines, especially Google.
Is not my website
I'm earning btc with this for Every click 0.04$
So you mean, the owner of the website is paying you to advertise for them, but dude, paying 1k sats to persons who will click it is not a nice idea, miners fee is bigger than what you are offering. LOL. haha
No, that is not true. Take a look at for example a-ads sends their payments. You can do it in batches, which means you send alot of payments within one transaction which can result and will result in paying alot less fees.

What I am saying bro is that OP is getting revenue on the site he is giving, but how about if people actually do this and wait for payment, for example 10 people, means 10k sat right?? so Miners fee is larger that the payment itself, and you are right it can be done by batches to minimize fees but the people who will actually do this is so minimal. Think please.
