off course the bitcoin is already become a international currency now because it is using by so many people of varrious countries .the performance of bit coin is also accepted by users so it become verry popular site now a days.
bitcoin is used by various people around the world from different countries and it proves that bitcoin worth anywhere and I think now we can say that bitcoin is an international currency
Bitcoin is the only currency that has got access everywhere nature, that means it's the one that can be converted to the local fiat without much difficulty. The same is not even possible with dollar. So without any question we can say bitcoin is an universal currency than a international currency.
You can have access to bitcoin if you have, electricity, internet and a computer, so no, you cannot get access to bitcoin everywhere, fiat on the other hand does not need any of that as long as it is in cash form, so there are many people that have no access to bitcoin.
I totally agree with that, Fiat is more convenient than bitcoin. Because bitcoin is a digital currency so you need a digital products specifically cellphone, And poor people don't have that. So I think it's beyond impossible for bitcoin became the international currency.
Just use what is necessary and what makes you feel comfy, there's no obligation to use bitcoin in your real life means you're facing the unnecessary inconvenience. The cell phone is not a digital products/goods, digital products are some products that don't have its physical shapes such as a voucher or etc. And one thing, international currency is a currency that's being used globally without any restriction against something and it's can be freely used by everyone as long as they're capable of using it, even if those poor people still not capable yet of using it bitcoin still an international currency.
