I guess Golden State dont want to get embarrass by the spurs. Lol just kidding. Golden state is saving their stars for playoffs i guess. They can't afford to lose any key players at the playoffs. Kevin Durant just got injured recently. Thats a nightmare for them to play without key players just because they got injured. Good decission tho. But Spurs is superior than Golden state. I bet these 2 teams will go for conference finals.
You're right they reserve the star players for the playoffs to avoid the injury and to rest also because of the straight games and I'm hoping that KD will come back ASAP because he's a big loss for the team
What's important for the warriors now is to just take things easy, KD will come back at the right time when he can fully recover, he will be needed in the playoffs and this team cannot afford another injury from KD. They do not need to take the number 1 spot as long as they are in the playoffs because if they are really a great team, they can proven it by winning the series despite not having the home court advantage.
if gsw will keep playing like this and allow teams to defeat them just because KD is not around for sure more and more opponents from west will come up strong, if looking closer with spurs and houston they are showing hunger for the crown and its seem that they are really aiming for it.
